"Person" shall mean any natural person, limited or unlimited liability company, corporation, partnership (whether limited or unlimited), proprietorship, Hindu undivided family, trust, union, association, government or any agency or political subdivision thereof or any other entity that may be treated as a person under applicable law.

d. "Registered User" shall mean a User who has been successfully registered on the Platform by creating a registered account as required by the Platform.
e. "User", "You" or"Your" shall mean any natural person who accesses or uses the Platform or Content thereof, as provided from time to time.
Any reference to the singular includes a reference to the plural and vice versa; any reference to one gender includes a reference to the other gender(s) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Headings and captions are used for convenience only and not for interpretation of the Privacy Policy.
The terms of this Privacy Policy shall apply to the legal guardian of a User in case such User is not competent to enter into a valid contract with Us as per applicable law.
Any reference to a natural Person shall include his/ her heirs, executors and permitted assignees and any reference to a juristic Person shall, include its affiliates, successors and permitted assignees, unless repugnant to the context.
To provide the Platform, we automatically track and collect the following categories of information when You access and/ or use the Platform (a) internet protocol ("IP") addresses; (b) domain server details; and (c) information with respect to Your device and the interaction of Your device with the Platform, other websites and applications ("Traffic Data").
In order to provide the Platform, we may require You to provide Us with certain information that personally identifies You and includes the following categories of information ("Personal Information"):
a. Contact data (such as name, e-mail address, phone number, and any extra contact details); and
b. Demographic data (such as time zone, district and block location, postal address and other location details).
You agree and acknowledge that if You communicate with Us via other platforms (for example, by e-mail or letter or any other offline or online mode apart from the Platform), any information provided in such communication may be collected, retained and/ or used by Us in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We may transfer alphanumeric identifiers to Your device through Your web browser to enable our systems to recognize Your browser, remember information specific to You and/ or provide certain features to You ("Cookies"). We may place both permanent as well as temporary Cookies in Your device, however, such Cookies shall not contain any of Your Personal Information. We do not control and are not liable for any Cookies placed by third parties on Your device.
Traffic Data, Personal Information and such other information as may be collected by Us pursuant to this Privacy Policy, together constitutes the information collected by Us pursuant to Your use of the Platform ("Information Collected").
Registration: When You register on Our Platform, we collect the Personal Information You give Us such as Your name, phone number and email address, to process Your application to become a Registered User. We identify you as a Registered User for security purposes and to comply with the applicable law, including but not limited to the relevant anti-money laundering and counter- terrorism regulations.
Browsing: When You browse Our Platform, We automatically receive Your computer‚s IP address in order to provide Us with information that helps Us learn about Your browser and operating system.
Marketing: With Your express permission, We may send You emails about Us, Our Platform, Our new products or services and/ or other updates related to Us for e-mail marketing purposes. If We ask for Your Personal Information for marketing purposes, We will either ask You directly for Your expressed consent, or provide You with an opportunity to say no.
Transaction: When You provide Us with Personal Information to complete a transaction, verify Your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, We imply that You consent to Our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
Connectivity: We use Read_Phone_State permission to check if Your device is connected to the internet or not; and/ or audit Your usage of the Platform.
Notifications: We ask for browser notification preference for delivering the browser-based notification directly to Your device. You are free to enable or disable this preference and permission at any point of time.
In addition to the above, We may also use the Information Collected (including Personal Information in aggregated form) to aid strategic development, data collection and analytics concerning the Platform provided by Us and to manage Our relationships with Our advertisers, partners or any third parties.

During Your use of the Platform, You may use/ access and/ or have a chance to use/ access third party platforms which are not affiliated to Us. Your use of such third party platforms shall independently be guided by such third party‚s privacy policies and We have no control over the same. We are not responsible for or have any control on the privacy or security policies of any third party sites/ applications/ platforms which may be linked to the Platform, and govern You or the information shared by You, during Your access to/ use of the Platform. You are requested to review the privacy and security practices and policies of each third-party site/ platform you visit. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any ads, content, products, advice, opinions, recommendations or other material of third party sites/ platforms that may be promoted via advertising.
Certain third party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for Your purchase-related transactions.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either You or Us. So, if You elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of such third party service provider, then Your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. As an example, if You are located in India and Your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then Your Personal Information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Once You leave Our Platform or are redirected to a third party website or application, You are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or Our Platform‚s terms of service. When You click on links on Our Platform, they may direct You away from the Platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage You to read their privacy statements.
Certain third parties may collect, use and disclose Your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to Us to facilitate Your access to the Platform. In such a situation Your prior consent will be taken.

Pursuant to Your use of the Platform, You may access links to third party websites or applications, including advertisements and/ or promotions. The privacy policies of such third party links are not under Our control, hence once You leave Our servers, use of any information provided by You will not be governed by this Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you represent that You are at least the age of majority in Your state or province of residence and You have given Us Your consent to allow any of Your minor dependents to use this site.
If after You opt-in, You change Your mind, You may withdraw Your consent for Us to use Your Personal Information, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of Your Personal Information, at any time, by contacting us at contact@l4o.in email.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Platform. If We make material changes to this Privacy Policy, We will notify You here. Your use of the Platform following any such modification shall constitute Your deemed acceptance of this Privacy Policy (as it may be modified).
If We are acquired or merged with another Person and/ or undergo change of control or reconstruction or reorganization, Your Information Collected may be transferred to the new owners so that Your access to the Platform may continue.
You have a legal right to a copy of Your Personal Information held by Us and to correct any errors in such Personal Information. You also have a right to request that We cease to use Your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes.
